If your nails are kept at a standard length (e.g. as in medical providers requirements), this is an excellent product. Initially when my nails had grown out too long, I clipped them. Since then, I use this to easily keep my nails at the length I want them to be (both sides--trim and file). It takes little time. Also, it is great to "smooth out any rough edges that might happen" within a matter of seconds.

About a year ago I had a bad accident and could not use my right hand. I found the clipper after getting tired of having to ask others to cut my nails. My hand is OK now but I still use my clipper. It works great for me. It trims my nails (quickly) and leaves them smooth.

As an 80 year old, crippled stroke victim, this device is a Godsend. My left hand does not work very well to use regular nail clippers. The initial trim did take awhile since my nails were longer than usual, but it went well and subsequent trims are quicker. My toe nails are a real problem too thick for the device...

I've had mine for about a year now, and I absolutely love it. I don't even use a nail file or Clippers on my nails anymore. It did take me some time to find the technique, but once you get the hang of it it's super easy. Just bought this one for my 92 year old Grandmother, who cannot clip her nails with clippers, because she doesn't have the strength in her hands. She's been using these for about a week now, and it's so much easier for her to use.

Well it’s very good. I’m right handed and always had a problem using my left hand to trim the nails on my right hand. The clipper took care of that problem.

I love it, reason being that I have arthritis in my hands and don’t have the strength needed for using conventional clippers. Using the other side for filing is a bonus.

I picked this up at the store a few weeks ago. This is a classier way to cut nails and make them look clean. I previously used standard nail-cutters, but they always left my nails looking gross. The Clipper does a much better job of smoothing out nails and making them look amazing!

I bought one for my house. Loved it so much I bought another one so I could have one by my sofa and one on my nightstand. Great for a quick file. I keep my nails short and usually give them a quick buzz every day. This is perfect for me! I'm buying another one to keep at my office. it's perfect more me!

I never would have thought I would care to use one of these, but I love it for my kiddo. He can now trim his own nails. It doesn't leave the smoothest surface but a little time spent doing housework and the rough edges disappeared. Actually worth it if you have kids and are afraid of cutting them! It works best right after the shower/bath when nails are softer

Our teen son is autistic, and clipping his nails has been torture, because of his sensory issues. Think of scraping your nails on a chalk board. This device is something he has been able to use by himself! It does take time, but it sure beats both my husband and me having to hold him down and listen to his screaming like a little girl. It took him a little time to figure out how to use it, but no more looking like Howard Hughes! Besides, he was getting too big for us to hold him down. This device has allowed him to be independent! Well worth the cost for us!
